Who we are:

 The Nutritional Values application, https://valori-nutritionale.md, is developed and owned by CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL. 

In the following we refer to CRUD DEVELOPMENT SRL with us, society, company, app.

What data we collect:

For users who create an account in the application we collect the following personal data:

- Name

- Email

- Telephone

We also collect your name and email address if you want to contact us through our support system or contact form.

We also collect data about the company the user represents:

- Company name

- Restaurant name

- Head office address

- Tax registration code (IDNO).

For marketing and application improvement purposes we also collect:

- information about your behaviour on the website;

- the browser used;

- operating system.

Please note that this data is anonymous and not linked to your name or email address.

We collect this data using other applications:

- Google Analytics

- Facebook Pixel

- Hotjar 

This data is collected through cookie files, listed on the Cookies Policy page.

For the purpose of calculating nutritional values we collect the following non-personal data:

- Recipe name

- Net weight

- Recipe price

- Ingredient 

- Amount of ingredient used

- allergens and additives

This data is provided by the user and Valori Nutritionale does not share it with other parties, it is only used for the calculation of nutritional values. 

How we use the collected data:

The data collected at user registration, Name and Email, we use to provide you access to the application.

The company dates  we use for issuing tax invoices following payment of the service.

The information collected for marketing purposes and to improve our service we use it to create adverts and to see if there are any problems with the operation of the application.

The information received from the users for the purpose of completion of the recipes in the application nutritional-values.md by the team of Valori-nutritionale.md, will be used only for the purpose of completing the data for the calculation of nutritional values in the application and will not be disclosed to other users or parties.

Your rights

Any user has the following rights:

- right of access - You have the right of access, in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR, i.e. to obtain from the Company a confirmation as to whether or not it processes personal data concerning you and, if so, the following information: (a) the purposes of the processing; (b) the categories of personal data concerned; (c) the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or are to be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; (d) where possible, the period for which the personal data are expected to be stored or, if this is not possible, the criteria used to establish this period; (e) the existence of the right to request rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data or the right to object to processing; (f) the right to lodge a complaint to a supervisory authority; (g) where the personal data are not collected from the customer, any available information as to their source; (h) the existence of automated decision making including profiling, as referred to in Article 22(1) and (4) of the GDPR, and, at least in those cases, relevant information on the logic used and on the significance and expected consequences of such processing for the data subject. Where personal data is transferred to a third country or an international organisation, you have the right to be informed of the appropriate safeguards under Article 46 of the Regulation relating to the transfer.

Upon your request, Valori Nutritionale provides you with a copy of the personal data being processed.

– Right to rectification - You have the right to obtain from Valori Nutritionale, without unjustified delay, the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you, in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR. Taking into account the purposes for which the data has been processed, you have the right to obtain the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing an additional declaration.

Whenever possible or necessary we will make corrections (as appropriate) based on the updated information and will inform you about it if necessary.

– Right to erasure
Data - You have the right to obtain from Valori Nutritionale the erasure of personal data concerning you (in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR), without undue delay, except in certain cases provided for by the Regulation, if one of the following grounds applies:

1. personal data are no longer necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes
   for which they were collected or processed;

2. you withdraw your consent on the basis of which the processing takes place to the extent that the processing is based solely on your consent and there is no other legal basis for the processing;
3. you object to processing carried out for the purposes of public interest or legitimate interests pursued by Valori Nutritionale or a third party and there are no legitimate grounds overriding your interests/rights and fundamental freedoms with regard to the processing or you object to processing for direct marketing purposes

4. personal data has been processed unlawfully;

5. personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation incumbent on Valori Nutritionale by virtue of Union law or the national law to which it is subject; other situations provided for by the Regulation insofar as they are applicable

Right to restriction of processing - You have the right to obtain restriction of processing (under Article 18 of the GDPR) in the following cases:

1. You challenge the accuracy of the data for a period of time that allows Nutrition Facts to verify the accuracy of the data;
2. The processing is unlawful, and you are objecting to the deletion of your personal data, requesting instead the restriction of its use;
3. Valori Nutritionale no longer needs the personal data for the purpose of processing, but you request them for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim; or

You have objected to the processing in accordance with Article 21(1) of the Regulation, for the period of time during which it is verified whether the legitimate rights of the controller prevail over those of the data subject.

Right to portability
Data - You have the right to receive your personal data (according to Article 20 of the Regulation) that you have provided to Valori Nutritionale, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to have it transmitted to another controller, without any obstacles from Nutritional values, where:

1. the processing is based on consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) or Article 9(2)(a) of the Regulation or on a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) of the Regulation; and
2. processing is performed by automated means.

In case of exercising the right to portability of personal data, they may be transmitted directly from Valori Nutritionale to another controller expressly indicated by you, where technically feasible.

Right to object where processing is carried out in the interests of legitimately pursued by Nutritional Values or
or part three - You have the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to the processing carried out
for the purposes of a public interest or legitimate interests pursued by the Company or a third party, including profiling. In this case, Values Nutritionale will no longer process your personal data, unless it can demonstrate that it has grounds
legitimate and compelling legitimate and compelling grounds which justify the processing and override your interests, rights and freedoms or that the purpose is
establishing, exercising or defending a right in court.

Right to object to processing for direct marketing purposes - Where the processing is for direct marketing purposes, you have the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for such purposes, including the creation of profiles, insofar as it is related to that direct marketing.
